The bravery of the Ukrainian people in repelling the Russian invasion is an inspiration to the world. And the sunflower, the symbol of Ukraine, has become a beacon of hope and endurance.
To honor the perseverance and resoluteness of a nation, I've created a mixed medium collagraph, Slava Ukrayini (Glory to Ukraine). The original art was sold as part of an exhibit at the Cedarburg Cultural Center during which members of the Cedarburg Artists Guild contributed all proceeds from the sale of their work to support Ukraine.
